Our hero, Gabby, walks along singing a song when he spots a baby with no diaper. Gabby, of course, butts in, thinking that he can solve the problem. He sets out to stop the baby in the carriage from crying by changing the baby's diaper. Baby resists at every attempt with surprising results! This cartoon features the vocal talents of the great Pinto Colvig, probably best known as the voice of Disney's Goofy and the original Bozo the Clown, a part he played for a full decade beginning in 1946. He also provided the voice for Practical Pig, the pig who built the "house of bricks" in the Disney short The Three Little Pigs, as well as both Sleepy and Grumpy in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Colvig worked for not only the Disney studio, but the Warner Bros. animation studio, Fleischer Studios, and MGM, where he voiced a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz. He was also one of the pioneers in advocating warning labels about cancer risk on cigarette packages in the United States.
