Classic Popeye cartoon where Olive is so enamored by "a man in uniform" that Popeye and Bluto rush to enlist in the Army. Each must show the recruiting officer who's the best. Through a series of flashbacks from each of their scrapbooks of cartoons, Popeye and Bluto provide several action clips of their deeds so that they can join up.
